通过多年的现场观察,通过查阅有关混凝土内部应力方面的专著发现,在建筑工程施工中混凝土裂缝的产生有很多的原因。混凝土裂缝的产生若不加以预防采取措施解决,它的进一步发展延伸会导致内部钢筋等产生腐蚀,降低钢筋混凝土结构的承载力、抗渗性能、耐久使用年限,甚至会影响人民的生命及财产安全。混凝土工程中材料的特性决定了结构较易产生裂缝,在工程中完全消除裂缝是不可能的,规范中也有明确规定对有些结构在所处的不同条件下,允许存在一定宽、深度的裂缝。但作为施工过程中应尽量采取有效的预防和技术保障措施来有效的控制裂缝的产生,尽量少产生或尽量减少裂缝宽度、深度,尤其要避免出现在关键部位或有害裂缝。因此对混凝土裂缝的事先预防,以及产生后的修补处理是建筑生产过程中较为普遍的现象,应有足够的重视。本文就工程实际中容易出现的早期裂缝进行了分析和说明,同时也有针对性的介绍了一些防治措施。
Through many years of field observation, by consulting the monograph on the internal stress of concrete, it is found that there are many reasons for the concrete cracks in the construction of buildings. If concrete cracks are not prevented, some measures will be taken to solve this problem. The further development of concrete cracks will lead to the corrosion of internal steel bars, etc., reducing the bearing capacity, impermeability and durability of reinforced concrete structures and even affecting people’s life and property safety . Concrete properties of the material determines the structure is more likely to crack, the complete elimination of cracks in the project is impossible, the specification also clearly stipulates that some structures in which the different conditions allow a certain width and depth of the cracks. However, as the construction process, effective prevention and technical safeguard measures should be taken to effectively control the occurrence of cracks, minimize or minimize the width and depth of cracks, and especially avoid the occurrence of harmful parts or cracks in critical locations. Therefore, the pre-prevention of concrete cracks, as well as the repair after the emergence of the building production process is more common phenomenon, should be given sufficient attention. This paper analyzes and explains the early cracks which are prone to occur in engineering practice. At the same time, some preventive measures are introduced.
