新常态下,我国经济发展正面临着增长动力严重不足、资源环境约束强化等问题,大力发展科技型企业,是解决这些问题的重要途径。科技文献是科技创新与科技进步最重要的基础资源,能助推我国科技型企业实现创新化发展。探讨新常态下的科技文献服务现状,并就如何通过提升科技文献服务,构建开放、便利、涵盖面广的科技文献检索和获取平台,为企业科研、技术创新提供高效的科技信息支持和强有力的保障是本文论述的重点。
Under the new normal, the economic development of our country is facing a serious shortage of growth momentum and constraints on resources and the environment. To develop science and technology enterprises is an important way to solve these problems. Scientific and technological literature is the most important basic resource for scientific and technological innovation and scientific and technological progress, which can help China’s science and technology enterprises to innovate and develop. To explore the status quo of science and technology literature service in the new normal and how to provide scientific and technological information support and strong force for scientific research and technological innovation of enterprises through how to build up an open, convenient and comprehensive scientific literature retrieval and access platform through improving scientific literature service The protection is the focus of this article.
