以聊城市 6所中学的 12 0 6名学生为对象 ,调查了他们的余暇活动 .结果表明 ,调查对象在闲暇时间以参加体育活动为主 .提出了加强体育课和课外体育活动改革的建议 .
Taking 12 0 6 students from 6 middle schools in Liaocheng City as subjects, this paper investigated their leisure activities.The results showed that the survey participants mainly took part in the sports activities in their free time, and put forward the suggestions of strengthening the reform of the PE classes and extracurricular sports activities.
