全面考虑了疏水色谱中蛋白质、固定相和流动相之间的各种相互作用,特别强调了流动相中盐和水的作用。提出了一个能够准确预测较宽浓度范围内蛋白质在疏水色谱中保留值的方程式,以实验数据对此方程进行了验证。结果表明,无论洗脱曲线是否存在极小值,本文所提出的方程式都能予以良好地描述。
The various interactions between proteins, stationary phases and mobile phases in hydrophobic chromatography are fully considered, with special emphasis on the action of salts and water in the mobile phase. An equation that accurately predicts the retention of proteins in hydrophobic chromatograms over a wide range of concentrations was proposed. This equation was validated by experimental data. The results show that the equation presented in this paper can be well described irrespective of the minimum elution curve.
