目的 通过采用前牙迷你牙合垫加口外牵引装置探讨其在生长发育期间治疗安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错牙合患者疗效。方法 对 1 8例处于生长发育期的Ⅱ类Ⅰ分患者 ,用前牙迷你牙合垫加口外牵引装器治疗。结果 应用前牙迷你牙合垫加口外牵引装置在生长发育期能成功治疗安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错牙合 ,获得良好的侧貌 ,为固定矫治打好基础。结论 前牙迷你牙合垫加口外牵引装置对下颌生长起积极作用 ,对上颌生长可能有抑制作用
Objective To investigate the curative effect of treating patients with Class Ⅱ division Ⅰ malocclusion during growth and development by using anterior teeth mini-occlusal pad plus oral external traction device. Methods A total of 18 cases of type Ⅱ Ⅰ patients undergoing growth and development were treated with anterior teeth mini-occlusal pad and an external traction device. Results The anterior teeth mini-occlusal washer combined with external traction device can successfully treat Class Ⅱ division Ⅰ malocclusion in growth and development, get a good profile, and lay the foundation for fixed correction. Conclusions Anterior teeth mini-occlusal pad plus mouth external traction device plays a positive role in mandibular growth and may have inhibitory effects on maxillary growth
