风景资源的调查研究和评价是风景区规划设计的基础和依据。风暴资源的评价内容很多。主要包括风景美、自然环境和经济条件的评价。其中风景美的评价是个首要问题。只有对资源有科学评价,规划才能符合客观实际,只有深刻认识风景美的特点,才能使建筑与自然景观和谐统一起来,设计得体的建筑,为风景美增色。否则会产生盲目性和破坏性,后果不可挽回。
