目的了解儿童家长对社区预防接种服务满意度情况,对唐山市路北区6所社区卫生服务中心预防接种服务满意度的指标进行综合评价。方法于2012年10—12月份随机抽取辖区内的720名儿童家长进行问卷调查,并将调查结果采用秩和比法进行统计分析。结果预防接种服务满意度好的是大里社区;预防接种服务满意度中等的是祥荣里、鹭港和凤凰园社区;预防接种服务满意度差的是龙东和果园社区。结论运用秩和比法分析预防接种服务满意度,能够直观地反映唐山市社区预防接种服务满意度的的综合水平。
Objective To understand the satisfaction of parents of children with community vaccination services and to make a comprehensive evaluation of indicators of satisfaction with vaccination services of 6 community health service centers in Lubei District of Tangshan City. METHODS: A total of 720 parents of children in the district were randomly selected from October to December in 2012 to conduct a questionnaire survey. The results of the survey were statistically analyzed by rank sum ratio method. Results The vaccination service satisfaction was good in Dali community. The immunocompromised service was moderate in Xiangrongli, Lugang and Phoenix Park communities. The vaccination services were less satisfactory in Longdong and Orchard communities. Conclusions The rank sum ratio method is used to analyze the satisfaction of vaccination services, which can directly reflect the comprehensive level of community vaccination service satisfaction in Tangshan.
