十届人大五次会议以高票通过《物权法》之后,在全国引起了热烈的反响。全国都在关注《物权法》的制定,对该法规定的内容、主要精神也都在学习和领会,这些都是为了《物权法》10月1日的实施做的很多制度上、思想上的准备。
After the Fifth Plenary Session of the Tenth National People’s Congress passed the “Property Law” with a high number of votes, it aroused a warm response across the country. The whole country is paying attention to the formulation of the “Real Right Law”, and the content and the main spirit of the law are all also learned and comprehended. All of these are intended to make many systematic and ideological preparations for the implementation of the “Property Law” on October 1.
