[目的]了解地震后北川县卫生人力资源配置现状。[方法]查阅四川省北川县县级医疗机构的人力资源统计表和中国卫生统计年鉴以及全国卫生统计公报。[结果]:北川县级医疗机构卫生人员中,本科及以上学历占26.02%,大专学历占44.31%,有执业(助理)医师资格的占64.23%,医护比为1:0.52,医技比为1:0.14。[建议]积极采取切实有力的措施,引进人才,稳定卫生人员队伍,提高整体素质。
[Objective] To understand the status quo of the distribution of health human resources in Beichuan County after the earthquake. [Methods] Check the statistics of human resources of county-level medical institutions in Beichuan county, Sichuan province, China’s health statistics yearbook and the national health statistics bulletin. [Results] Among the health personnel in Beichuan county medical institutions, 26.02% of them have received bachelor degree or above, 44.31% of them have tertiary education, 64.23% have practicing (assistant) doctors’ qualifications, the ratio of health care to nursing is 1: 0.52, 1: 0.14. [Suggestion] Actively adopt practical and effective measures to introduce qualified personnel, stabilize the health workforce and improve the overall quality.
