本文以包含市场竞争因素的企业研发竞争模型为基础,分析了企业在技术的最优技术进步路径,即企业在引进技术和自主研发上的最佳组合,以及影响该策略组合的主要因素。分析的结论表明,由于厂商可以采取事后利润分成的形式来引进技术,在静态分析中,如果厂商认为引进技术能够帮助其占据一定的市场份额并带来正的利润增量,那么其就会选择引入技术且不会影响当期厂商在R&D上的最优投入;但从动态的角度而言,由于厂商当期的市场净利润是下一期自主研发资金的主要来源,引进技术对自助研发形成了跨期替代。在引入学习效应后,本文还得出了三种不同的企业技术进步模式:(1)始终选择引进技术;(2)初始阶段只是选择引进技术,之后逐渐开始从事自主研发;(3)始终从事自主研发。决定企业处于技术进步模式中的关键影响因素之一是在学习效应基础之上,相对于技术折旧而言,企业通过引进技术而提升自身研发能力的速度。
Based on the competition model of enterprise R & D, which contains the market competition factors, this paper analyzes the optimal technological path of enterprises in technology, that is, the best combination of the enterprises in the introduction of technology and independent research and development, as well as the main factors that affect the strategy combination. The conclusion of the analysis shows that because firms can introduce technology in the form of ex-post profit sharing, in the static analysis, if the manufacturer believes that the introduction of technology can help it occupy a certain market share and bring a positive profit increment, it will choose The introduction of technology and will not affect the current R & D firms in the optimal investment; but from a dynamic point of view, due to manufacturers of the current market net profit is the next major source of independent research and development funds, the introduction of technology to self-R & D formed a cross Period of replacement. After the introduction of learning effect, this paper also draws three different models of enterprise technological progress: (1) Always choose to introduce technology; (2) The initial stage only choose to introduce technology, and gradually began to engage in independent research and development; (3) Always engaged Independent research and development. One of the key determinants of a company’s presence in a technology advancement paradigm is the speed at which companies increase their R & D capabilities by introducing technology relative to technology depreciation, based on learning effects.
