从肺炎杆菌K_2O_1菌株中提取得到的Biostim(RU41.740)是二个已确定化学组份的大分子糖蛋白混合物。曾证明,口服等多种途径给药对人和动物均有免疫增强作用。本实验用C3H/HeN 小鼠ip 或po 不同剂量的Biogtim,以YAC-1瘤细胞为靶细胞,测定体内外肺、脾和血液中自然杀伤细胞(NK)活性和血清干扰素(IFN)的含量。结果表明,小鼠一次ip 100μg/kg Biostim 48 h 后,来自肺,血液和脾的NK 细胞在体外对YAC-1靶细胞的细胞毒均明显增强(p<0.01),以肺NK 活性上升最为显著,与对照组比较特
