目的 了解吸毒人群的HIV流行概况.方法 根据全国哨点监测统一方案要求调查采样,进行HIV抗体检测.结果 1999年发现HIV感染者,吸毒人群HIV感染率为0.31%,静注毒品者感染率为1.9%.结论 在发现HIV感染者前,吸毒人群的行为改变已高度提示感染HIV的危险性.
Objective To understand the prevalence of HIV in drug addicts.Methods According to the national unified sentinel surveillance program, sampling and HIV antibody testing were conducted.Results In 1999, the HIV prevalence of HIV infected and drug addicts was 0.31% 1.9% .Conclusion Behavioral changes in drug addicts before the discovery of HIV infection have been highly suggestive of the risk of HIV infection.
