目的对计划生育技术服务工作中造成医疗纠纷的原因进行分析,并提出针对性防范措施。方法对我院于2011年1月至2015年12月计划生育技术工作中所产生的医疗纠纷事件112例进行回顾分析,探讨造成医疗纠纷的原因。结果造成医疗纠纷的原因涉及到手术操作、护理服务质量以及有关文件签署等方面。结论造成计划生育技术服务产生医疗纠纷的因素表现在很多层面,该方面工作还存在许多需要完善之处,需在今后工作中加以重视。
Objective To analyze the causes of medical disputes in the technical services of family planning and put forward targeted preventive measures. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 112 cases of medical malpractice arising from the technical work of family planning from January 2011 to December 2015 in our hospital to investigate the causes of medical disputes. Results The causes of medical disputes related to the operation, quality of care services and the signing of the relevant documents. Conclusion The factors causing the medical disputes arising from family planning technical services are manifested in many aspects. There are still many areas for improvement in this aspect of work, which need to be emphasized in the future work.
