目的探讨疲劳骨折的影像学表现特点及诊断价值。方法回顾性分析12例新兵疲劳骨折的X射线及MRI表现,对比不同检查方法的特点。结果 X射线是疲劳骨折的传统检查方法,但对早期改变不敏感。MRI多方位多平面成像,具有较好的空间分辨率,能显示骨髓腔水肿等疲劳骨折早期改变,敏感性高于其它影像检查方法,结论 MRI能敏感显示疲劳骨折的早期改变,在疲劳骨折影像诊断中具有重要价值。当X射线检查阴性而临床表现典型时,应及时行MRI检查。
Objective To investigate the imaging features and diagnostic value of fatigue fracture. Methods The X-ray and MRI findings of 12 cases of recruits fatigue fracture were retrospectively analyzed. The characteristics of different examinations were compared. Results X-ray was the traditional method of checking for fatigue fractures, but not sensitive to early changes. MRI multi-plane multi-plane imaging, with good spatial resolution, can show early changes in bone marrow cavity edema and other fatigue fractures, the sensitivity is higher than other imaging methods, MRI findings can be sensitive to early changes in fatigue fracture, fatigue fracture imaging Diagnosis is of great value. When X-ray examination is negative and the clinical manifestations of the typical, should be timely MRI examination.
