目的 研究开辟动脉导管结扎术的微创伤途径.方法 对 38例动脉导管未闭 (PDA)病人实施经听三角胸膜外动脉导管结扎术 ,并与常规PDA结扎术相对照比较.结果 微创伤胸膜外PDA结扎术在诸多方面优于常规术式.结论 除 2次手术及严重肺动脉高压病人外 ,均可采用此术式.“,”Objective To research the way of micro traumatic ligation of PDA. Methods 38 cases of PDA patient were ligated at auscultation triangle for PDA and the results were compared with the normal methods. Results The results of new method were better than those of usual ligation in many studies. Conclusion This method could be used for all PDA patients except the patient combined with pulmonary hypertension or second operation.
