7月19日,TCL 集团股份有限公司董事长兼总裁李东生在北京一场新闻发布会上宣布:TCL 将依托人才创建具有国际竞争力的世界级企业,今年下半年,TCL 将举办系列招聘活动,引进1200名具有高科技素质和国际经营能力的人才,同时招聘毕业生的数量将比去年增加50%。在目前裁员减薪消息随处可闻、人才市场一片低迷的情况下,TCL 这一举动,借用该公司副总裁吴士宏女士一本书的名字,正可谓——逆风飞扬。TCL 为什么一下子要招那么多人,TCL 是在炒作吗?带着这些疑问,记者采访了 TCL 集团人力资源总监兼人力资源部总经理虞跃明先生。
