From October 1994 to October 1997, 119 cases of premature infants were admitted, of which 60 cases were treated with low-dose heparin to prevent scleredema and achieved satisfactory results. Reported as follows. 1 Clinical data 1-1 General Information on 119 cases of premature infants were randomly divided into low-dose heparin observation group and control group. Observation group of 60 patients: 43 males and 17 females; gestational age <34 weeks 31
