用高能等离子束在常压下快速扫描涂敷多元渗硼膏剂的45 钢管内表面,可实现多元渗硼及自激冷淬火,获得多元渗硼加淬火复合硬化层。用电子探针和透射电镜对硬化层的成分和组织结构进行了分析。结果表明,渗剂中所含硼、硅、铈3 种元素以不同深度渗入了材料内部,硬化层为隐针马氏体及硼硅化合物。检测结果表明,硬化层具有较高的硬度及合理的硬度梯度,耐磨性和耐蚀性有明显提高
Using high-energy plasma beam to rapidly scan the inner surface of the 45 steel pipe coated with the multiple boriding paste at atmospheric pressure, the multiple boriding and self-quenching quenching can be realized and the multiple hardened and hardened layer of boronizing and quenching can be obtained. The composition and structure of the hardened layer were analyzed by electron probe and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the three elements of boron, silicon and cerium contained in the penetration agent penetrate into the material at different depths, and the hardened layer is hidden pin martensite and borosilicate compound. The test results show that the hardened layer has a higher hardness and a reasonable hardness gradient, wear resistance and corrosion resistance significantly improved
