1 Irrigation Area Feasibility of Joint Dispatch Water Distribution 1.1 Topographical Features Han Dong Zhuang Yellow River Irrigation Area is located in the central and western part of Yuanyang County, north of the Yellow River embankment, with gentle terrain and slightly tilting from southwest to northeast.
