[目的]探讨背根节脉冲射频对坐骨神经缩窄模型大鼠脊髓背角小胶质细胞活化的影响.[方法]取清洁级雄性SD大鼠,随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组和治疗组,治疗组给予背根节脉冲射频,参数为温度42℃,脉宽20ms,频率2Hz,时间240s.采用免疫组织化学方法检测术后1周各组大鼠脊髓背角小胶质细胞活化标志物OX-42的表达情况.[结果]模型对照组和治疗组OX-42阳性细胞数明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),治疗组OX-42阳性细胞数明显低于模型对照组(P<0.05).[结论]背根节脉冲射频对坐骨神经缩窄模型大鼠脊髓背角小胶质细胞活化具有抑制作用.
[Objective] To investigate the effect of dorsal root ganglion radio-frequency on activation of microglia in spinal dorsal horn of sciatic nerve in rats. [Methods] Male SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group and treatment group Group, the treatment group was given dorsal root ganglion radio frequency, the parameters of the temperature 42 ℃, pulse width 20ms, frequency 2Hz, time 240s. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the rats after 1 week spinal cord dorsal horn microglial activation markers OX-42 positive cells in the model control group and the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the normal control group (P <0.05). The number of OX-42 positive cells in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the model control group P <0.05). [Conclusion] Dorsal root ganglion pulse radiofrequency can inhibit the activation of microglia in spinal dorsal horn in rats with sciatic nerve narrowing.
