我国引进斯泰尔发动机生产技术以后,带来了一个十分迫切需要认真对待的问题,即:配套总成及零部件、生产厂选择定点和产品的技术水平的质量保证问题。我国从事汽车发动机零、部件生产的专业厂家成千上万,生产规模和技术水平相差悬殊,要真正做到符合斯泰尔配套要求,特别是产品质量上水平,还需要有一个提高的过程。零部件的国产化,实际上就是引进技术消化、吸收、提高的过程,技术质量、管理工作提高的过程。
After China introduced Steyr engine production technology, it brought a very urgent need to be taken seriously, that is: supporting the assembly and components, manufacturing plant selection and technical level of the product quality assurance issues. There are tens of thousands of professional manufacturers engaged in the production of automobile engine parts and components in China. The production scale and technical level are quite different. To truly meet the requirements of Steyr, especially the quality of products, there is still a need to improve the process. Localization of parts and components, in fact, is the introduction of technology to digest, absorb, improve the process, technical quality, management process to improve.
