球移曲面是管道工程中常见的连接弯管,这种弯管精度要求高,施工难度大,必需建立一个可靠的数学模型,并采用计算机辅助设计(CAD)技术。采用包络曲面的概念从理论上深入地讨论了轴线为圆弧曲线的等径球移曲面和变径球移曲面的计算方法,根据它们某些内在联系建立了实用可靠的数学模型,在此基础上开发了CAD软件,并以小浪底水利枢纽工程泄洪洞“龙抬头”为例讨论了球移曲面的实际应用。
It is necessary to establish a reliable mathematical model and to adopt computer aided design (CAD) technology. Based on the concept of enveloping surface, the calculation methods of equal-radius spherical surface and reduced-surface spherical surface with circular arc are discussed theoretically. According to their intrinsic relations, a practical and reliable mathematical model is established. Based on the development of CAD software, and Xiaolangdi Water Conservancy Project flood discharge tunnel “dragon head” as an example to discuss the practical application of spherical surface.
