守株待兔的人之所以等不到兔子,是因为兔子撞树是个偶然事件。从管理学的角度来说,是因为他违背了管理学的一个基本原则,那就是管理的过程就是施加影响的过程。我认为,施加影响是管理学中最有价值的一句话。准确地来说,战略并不是把握方向,而是对未来施加影响的一个过程。要看有什么机会,有了机会能不能抓住。所以当机会出现的时候不能盲目地往上扑,还要看你在这个机会上能不能培养出资源来抓住它。所以战略管理的过程就是施加影响的过程。
