近年来,农业工程的迅速发展,为农村住宅地的合理利用,提供了可观的前景。现结合农业工程在北方农村住宅建筑和自留地上的综合合理应用,提出一个设计方案,供有关部门和建房农户参考。此方案是在一块310米~2(长31米、宽10米)的土地上进行,它以人的日常活动为中心来安排和布局。为使生活住房既宽敞又减少占地面积,方案设计了两层楼房做为居室。居室分大、中、小共六间(楼下一间客厅一间卧室,楼上四间卧室),而且全部不穿套,便于住户自行安排(底层平面如图,二层图略)。客厅可作为起居活动或文化娱乐之用,这以各户条件和爱好而定。为使农户居住在优美、舒适、雅静的环境中,房前的走道两旁设计了花坛或种菜的用地;在双层门的旁边和客厅的窗下,也特意留出空地栽种花草,以供
In recent years, the rapid development of agricultural engineering has provided considerable prospects for the rational use of rural residential land. Combining the comprehensive and reasonable application of agricultural engineering in rural residential buildings and plots in rural areas in the north, a design proposal is proposed for reference by relevant departments and building households. This plan is carried out on a piece of land ranging from 310 meters to 2 meters (31 meters long and 10 meters wide). It is organized and laid out around people’s daily activities. The living room can be used as a living activity or cultural entertainment, depending on the conditions and preferences of each household. In order to enable the farmers to live in a beautiful, comfortable and elegant environment, the flower beds or vegetable plots are designed on both sides of the walkway; in addition to the double doors and under the windows of the living room, flowers and grass are planted for the purpose of planting flowers.
