随着我国教育事业和交通事业的快速发展,人才资源开发与管理工作的不断加强,交通发展的人才保障与智力支持能力得到了前所未有的提高,但目前为止我省交通行业仍存在着许多与交通事业健康发展不相适应的薄弱环节。其中最为突出的问题是人才的短缺以及人才的合理使用。如何发现、使用人才,做到人适其用,人尽其才,是山西省交通行业可持续发展人才战略的关键所在。
