推土机的行走部分是整机重量的支承部件,工作条件恶劣,易磨损,又是易损件中价值最高的部件。在使用过程中若疏忽了对行走部分的检查、调整和保养,会使行走部分出现啃轨、偏磨、支重轮切边等现象,导致行走部分零部件过早损坏。为保证行走部分零部件的使用寿命,应做好以下几方面的工作。 一、定期检查各轮体内的润滑油托轮和引导轮外渗漏容易看到,而支重轮的外渗漏不易看到,要仔细检查。发现渗漏后要进行修复和及时地补注润滑油。推土机使用500h后,要检查各轮体内部
