俗话说:“三百六十行,行行出状元”。殡葬行业是一种特殊行业,既是为死者服务,又是为生者服务。过去由于个别人对殡仪服务的概念认识不足,世俗偏见和封建迷信思想太重,导致殡仪服务质量一直有待提高。随着社会主义精神文明建设的不断推进以及人们生活方式的改变,群众对殡葬服务工作的要求日益提高。广西北海市殡葬所以人性化服务为目标,让丧属真正感受到“给逝者多一分安乐,让生者少一分悲痛”的服务效果。
