患者赵××女51岁住院号56901 左眼红痛两个多月,最近8天在眼球下方出现一个肿物。于91年3月5日以左色素膜炎、球壁肿物收住院。来院前,曾在北京某医院以左色素膜炎住院,用抗生素及抗炎治疗33天,症状缓解出院。回农村后,用民间挑针治疗左眼。8天前,左眼出现肿物,逐渐增大而再次来北京投医。视力右0.6,左0.3。左眼脸无肿胀,结膜充血,颞下方球结膜呈暗红色。颞下象限距角膜缘2.0mm 处有一约1×1.5×1.5cm 的节结状隆起,质软、触痛、边界清。角膜透明,kp(±),无房水闪光。虹膜纹理清,瞳孔药物性散大,对光反应消失。多处有虹膜后粘连,晶体前囊可见散在色素沉着。眼底未见明显异常。右眼未见异常。全
