The rapid development of the mini-foreign trade enterprises in recent years has brought new vitality to our foreign trade industry. This paper first discusses the selection mode, market segmentation mode and market entry mode of product portfolio strategy of how micro-foreign trade enterprises survive and develop in the fierce market competition and puts forward some important ways and means.
