草菇在高等真菌中,栽培简易,原料来源丰富,生产周期短,加工也方便。近年,我所利用农村无土育秧室进行多次栽培试验,获得了较好的效果。每担稻草收干菇1.5～2斤,高的可达3斤。利用育秧室和原有的秧架栽培草菇,不仅可提高秧室的利用率和不与农业争地,更主要的是解决了农村草菇生产受季节限制的问题。
Straw mushroom in higher fungi, cultivation is simple, rich sources of raw materials, short production cycle, processing is also convenient. In recent years, I have used the soilless seedbed room in rural areas for many cultivation experiments and obtained good results. Dried mushrooms per bear straw received 1.5 to 2 pounds, up to 3 pounds high. The use of nursery room and the original seedling cultivation of mushrooms, not only can improve the utilization rate of seedling room and not compete with agriculture, more importantly, to solve the problem of seasonality of straw production in rural areas by the season.
