目的:研究尿浊清(NZQ)对膜性肾炎大鼠肾组织形态及血清细胞因子的影响。方法:复制阳离子化牛血清白蛋白(C-BSA)致膜性肾炎大鼠模型,测定各实验组大鼠血清IL-8、TNF-α水平,光镜下观察各实验组大鼠肾小球的变化情况。结果:模型组大鼠血清IL-8、TNF-α水平较正常对照组显著升高(P<0.01),NZQ高、低剂量组及阳性对照组大鼠血清IL-8、TNF-α水平均低于模型组,两者差异显著(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗组大鼠肾小球毛细血管扩张及充血、球囊腔狭窄、毛细血管基底膜增厚、肾小管肿胀、管内蛋白管型均明显轻于模型组。结论:NZQ能降低膜性肾炎大鼠血清IL-8、TNF-α水平,减轻肾小球的病理损害。
Objective: To study the effect of urinary turbidity (NZQ) on renal morphology and serum cytokines in rats with membranous nephritis. METHODS: Rat model of cationized bovine serum albumin (C-BSA) membranous nephritis was established. The levels of serum IL-8 and TNF-α in each experimental group were determined. The glomeruli of rats in each experimental group were observed under light microscope. Changes. Results: The levels of serum IL-8 and TNF-α in the model group were significantly higher than those in the normal control group (P<0.01). The levels of serum IL-8 and TNF-α in the NZQ high and low dose group and the positive control group rats were significantly higher than those in the normal control group. Lower than the model group, the difference was significant (P<0.05 or P<0.01); glomerular capillary dilatation and congestion, balloon stenosis, capillary basement membrane thickening, tubular swelling, and protein in the tube were observed in the treated group. The casts were significantly lighter than the model group. Conclusion: NZQ can reduce the levels of serum IL-8 and TNF-α in rats with membranous nephritis and reduce the glomerular pathological damage.
