目的:探讨实时三维超声心动图联合Flash双源CT冠脉成像在检测冠心病患者中的应用价值。方法:选择我院收治确诊和疑诊的300例患者,对患者分别行DS-CTA、RT-3DE检测,以CAG作为标准,对比DS-CTA、RT-3DE检查灵敏度和特异度并进行分析。结果:DS-CTA检查冠心病的灵敏度和特异度分别为83.33%、78.97%;RT-3DE分别为81.71%,75.79%,联合检查为95.83、78.37%。RT-3DE+DS-CTA的灵敏度显著高于单纯行DS-CTA、RT-3DE检测的灵敏度(χ~2=9.863,P=0.001),具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而特异度的比较三者之间无显著差别(P>0.05)。结论:DS-CTA联合RT-3DE能够很好地显示心脏灌注以及缺血病变的冠脉,能够显著提高诊断的灵敏度,值得广泛使用。
Objective: To explore the value of real-time three-dimensional echocardiography combined with Flash dual source CT coronary angiography in the detection of coronary heart disease. Methods: Three hundred patients diagnosed and suspected in our hospital were selected for DS-CTA and RT-3DE respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of DS-CTA and RT-3DE were compared and analyzed with CAG as standard. Results: The sensitivity and specificity of DS-CTA in detecting coronary heart disease were 83.33% and 78.97% respectively. The RT-3DE was 81.71% and 75.79% respectively, and the combined examination was 95.83 and 78.37% respectively. The sensitivity of RT-3DE + DS-CTA was significantly higher than that of simple line DS-CTA and RT-3DE (χ ~ 2 = 9.863, P = 0.001) There was no significant difference between the three (P> 0.05). Conclusion: DS-CTA combined with RT-3DE can well show the coronary perfusion and ischemic coronary arteries, can significantly improve the diagnostic sensitivity, it is widely used.
