颈椎病是中老年人的一种常见病,也属难治病。笔者将中药制成泡腾剂,加快了吸收速率,提高了治愈率。该药有片剂、汤剂和冲剂3种。特点:①显效迅速;②剂量准确,便于服用和携带;③制备简单,适于医院自己配制,是一种新剂型。1 处方组成 葛根20g,麻黄5g,桂枝、川芎各10g,防风、白芍、黄芪、鸡血藤各15g,白芥子、当归、甘草各6g。2 制备工艺流程2.1 酸源和二氧化碳源 制备泡腾剂必须具备1个酸和1个二氧化碳发生源的赋型剂,一般选用枸橼酸和碳酸氢钠,比例为1:1.2,反应完毕的pH值约为5～6。2.2 泡腾反应的机理 酸源和二氧化碳遇水后产生化学反
