利用三维激光扫描仪测量了某盘形凸轮模型的几何数据,在此基础上提出运用Geomagic Fashion和Pro/e还原凸轮的参数化模型,再通过凸轮机构的仿真分析结果对模型做进一步参数化修改与优化。给出了在Geomagic Fashion和Pro/e平台上实现凸轮机构逆向参数化建模与运动仿真的具体过程。
The geometric data of a disc cam model was measured by using a three-dimensional laser scanner. Based on this, the parametric model of the Geomagic Fashion and Pro / e reduction cam was proposed. Then the parametric model of the cam profile was further parameterized by the simulation results of the cam mechanism With optimization. The concrete process of inverse parameter modeling and motion simulation of cam mechanism in Geomagic Fashion and Pro / e platform is given.
