以双(2-氯乙基)氨盐酸盐、对氨基苯乙醇、双乙烯酮为原料,经过消去、烷基化、加成、环合四步反应合成AE0047,总收率20.6%。
AE0047 was synthesized by four steps: elimination, alkylation, addition and cyclization with bis (2-chloroethyl) ammonia hydrochloride, p-aminophenol and diketene as the raw materials. The total yield was 20.6%.
