利用四种缺陷管道评价规范ASME-B31G、修正的B31G、DNV-RP-F101、BS7910和非线性有限元方法计算带轴向外腐蚀缺陷管道失效压力,与实验数据对比,研究四种评价规范和非线性有限元分析在评价中高强度管道时的适应性和准确性,分析表明:BS7910规范和非线性有限元分析计算带轴向缺陷管道失效压力的平均误差分别为2.43%和2.12%,且预测结果稳定;而DNV-RP-F101规范的平均预测误差为-2.28%,预测结果不安全;ASME-B31G和修正的B31G规范的平均预测误差分别为27.22%和16.86%,且预测结果不稳定。
Four kinds of evaluation criteria for defective pipeline ASME-B31G, modified B31G, DNV-RP-F101, BS7910 and nonlinear finite element method were used to calculate the failure pressure of pipe with external axial corrosion defects.
