采用Thermo-Calc/Dictra热力学/动力学计算方法完成了淬火-两相区淬火-回火(QLT)处理9Ni低温钢精细结构的动力学模拟.计算结果表明,9Ni钢经QLT热处理后,在同一马氏体板条内部产生多处成分起伏,C含量的峰值为0.40%左右,而Ni含量的峰值达到18%左右.随着两相区淬火温度的降低或回火温度的提高,成分富集区的宽度提高.回火时间的延长和回火温度的提高具有类似的效果.实验观察结果和计算结果较为吻合.
The dynamic simulation of quenching-quenching-tempering (QLT) treatment of fine structure of 9Ni low temperature steel was completed by Thermo-Calc / Dictra thermodynamic / kinetic calculation method.The calculation results show that after the 9Ni steel is heat treated by QLT, The martensite slab has many internal composition fluctuations, the peak value of C content is about 0.40%, while the peak value of Ni content reaches about 18% .As the two-phase region quenching temperature decreases or the tempering temperature increases, the composition is enriched The width of the zone is improved.The extension of tempering time and tempering temperature have similar effects.The experimental results are in good agreement with the calculated results.
