提升工业能源效率对于可持续发展道路有重要意义。本文构建了经济发展水平、地区产业结构、工业产权结构等十个指标对工业能源效率可能性影响的猜想,运用面板托宾模型加以验证,研究发现:长江经济带工业能源效率自下游至上游存在梯度差异,工业能源效率内部差异由趋异向趋同转变;长江经济带工业能源效率与经济发展水平、地区产业结构、对外开放水平、政府影响力、电力消费结构、地区科技投入呈正相关,与工业产权结构、地区能源需求水平、煤炭消费结构、外商直接投资呈负相关,其中增强地区科技投入是促进长江经济带工业能源效率提升最有效的方式,而能源消费水平的持续增长是阻碍长江经济带各地区工业能源效率提升的最重要因素。最后,根据研究结论得到若干启示。
Improving industrial energy efficiency is of great importance to the path of sustainable development. This paper constructs the conjecture about the impact of ten indicators, such as economic development level, regional industrial structure and industrial property structure, on the possibility of industrial energy efficiency. Property rights structure, the level of regional energy demand, coal consumption structure and foreign direct investment, among which the enhancement of regional investment in science and technology is the most effective way to promote industrial energy efficiency in the Yangtze River economic belt. The sustained increase of energy consumption level is an obstacle to the economic belt The most important factor for improving industrial energy efficiency in all regions.
