对南通市两所幼儿园106名5~6岁儿童进行营养调查。结果:钙的摄入量在5岁和6岁年龄组分别为供给量标准的71%、74%,锌为61%、63%,维生素A为65%、61%,核黄素为58%、53%,维生素C为78%、79%;其余各种营养素基本达到或超过供给量标准。身高、体重、头围、胸围中等水平以上者分别占99.06%、98.11%、99.06%和97.17%。贫血患病率56.7%,维生素B1不足9.7%,维生素B2缺乏和不足分别为6.5%、15.2%,维生素C不足占21.7%。建议增加动物瘦肉、内脏、乳类、豆类、菌藻类及新鲜绿叶蔬菜水果类食品的摄入。
Nutong two nurseries of 106 children aged 5 to 6 years nutrition survey. RESULTS: Calcium intake was 71%, 74%, 61%, 63%, 65%, 61% of riboflavin, 58% of riboflavin respectively in the 5 and 6 year age groups , 53%, vitamin C is 78%, 79%; the rest of the various nutrients basically meet or exceed the supply standards. Height, weight, head circumference, bust median more than accounted for 99.06%, 98.11%, 99.06% and 97.17%. Anemia prevalence rate of 56.7%, vitamin B1 less than 9.7%, vitamin B2 deficiency and deficiency were 6.5%, 15.2%, vitamin C deficiency accounted for 21.7%. Proposed to increase animal lean meat, offal, milk, beans, bacteria and algae and fresh green leafy vegetables and fruits intake.
