目的评估实习护生职业防护知识与技能培训的效果。方法对实习护生进行分组,实验组在进入临床之前进行技能强化培训和职业防护知识培训,与未经培训的对照组进行对比及统计学分析。结果实验组护生对职业防护的认知程度明显高于对照组;实验组护生在实习过程中发生的职业损伤的次数明显低于对照组。结论护生在临床实习中面临着多种职业危害,应加强对护生的操作技能训练,规范其操作行为;加强对护生的职业防护教育,提高护生的自身防护能力;增设护理职业防护课程是有效的防护措施。
Objective To evaluate the effect of training knowledge and skills in internship nursing students. Methods Internship nursing students were divided into groups, and the experimental group was trained in skills strengthening and occupational protection before entering the clinic, and compared with the untreated control group and statistical analysis. Results The cognitive degree of nursing students in experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group. The occupational injuries occurred in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group. Conclusion Nursing students are faced with a variety of occupational hazards in clinical practice, nursing skills training should be strengthened to regulate their operational behavior; to strengthen the occupational protection and education of nursing students to improve their own protective capacity of nursing students; additional occupational protection of nursing Courses are effective protective measures.
