《视觉图像在信息交流中的地位》是贡布里希研究图像在交流中的潜力的一篇论文,文章通过大量的举证,说明图像在交流中的作用。本文运用贡布里希的图像理论,对艺术案例进行分析,理解艺术中的图像与图像解读三个变量:代码、文字说明、上下文的关系,从而探讨图像信息传达与信息接收的不对等,在艺术创作中的作用,分析当代艺术创作中的创作方法,探讨艺术家与观众的关系。
“The Role of Visual Images in the Exchange of Information” is a thesis by Gombrich for studying the potential of images in communication. The article presents a great deal of evidence to illustrate the role of images in communication. This paper uses Gombrich’s image theory to analyze the art case and understand the three variables of image and image interpretation in art: the relationship between code, text description and context, so as to discuss the inequality of image information transmission and information reception. The role of artistic creation, the creative ways of analyzing contemporary artistic creation, and the relationship between artists and audiences.
