目的:探讨急诊科低年资护士综合能力培养措施。方法:选取急诊科5年内工作的30名低年资护士作为研究对象,科室对所有护士从交流沟通技巧、服务态度、专科知识、护理操作、急救技术、抢救常规及事故配合等方面进行培训,并通过技术操作、理论考试及模拟演练对培训结果进行验证。结果:急诊科近两年来对护理人员进行在岗培训发现,护理人员在急救理论知识、单项急救操作、综合急救能力等方面考核优良率较培训前显著提高(P<0.05);经培训后急诊科患者对护理人员满意度显著优于培训前(P<0.05)。结论:急诊科根据急诊科特点制定相关培训方案对低年资医护人员进行培训有助于提高医护人员技术水平、语言交流沟通技巧、业务水平。
Objective: To explore the comprehensive ability training of nurses in lower grade of emergency department. Methods: Thirty low-grade nurses working in the emergency department for 5 years were selected as the research subjects. The department trained all nurses in terms of communication skills, service attitude, specialist knowledge, nursing operation, first aid techniques, rescue routine and accident coordination. The results of the training are validated through technical operations, theoretical tests and simulated exercises. Results: In the recent two years, emergency department conducted on-the-job training for nursing staff and found that the excellent and good rate of nursing staff in assessment of first aid theory, single emergency operation and comprehensive emergency ability was significantly higher than that before training (P <0.05); after training, Patient satisfaction with nursing staff was significantly better than before training (P <0.05). Conclusion: The emergency department develops relevant training programs according to the characteristics of emergency department. Training low-cost medical staff helps to improve the technical level, language communication skills and professional level of medical staff.
