通过急冷凝固及加铬合金化的方法,改善了金属间化合物Fe_3Al的室温塑性。实验结果表明:急冷凝固降低了合金有序度,细化了晶粒,而合金元素铬的添加,使铁铝合金的室温延伸率由2%提高到5.6%。
The room-temperature plasticity of intermetallic compound Fe 3 Al was improved by rapid solidification and chrome alloying. The experimental results show that the rapid cooling and solidification reduce the degree of ordering of the alloy and refine the grains. The addition of alloying elemental chromium increases the room temperature elongation of the iron-aluminum alloy from 2% to 5.6%.
