薪酬管理是企业人力资源管理中非常重要的环节。对于现代企业而言,薪酬与企业的发展和效益有直接的关联;而对于企业中的员工而言,薪酬水平关系到他们的生活中的点点滴滴,也与他们在公司是否能够认真踏实,生活能否稳定幸福也有着直接的联系。为避免企业资源管理出现问题,造成人员流失,阻碍企业发展,笔者通过本文对企业资源理的原则的分析和薪酬管理的主要问题提出解决方案。
Compensation management is a very important part of human resource management in an enterprise. For modern enterprises, pay is directly related to the development and effectiveness of the enterprise. For the employees in the enterprise, the salary level is related to the bit by bit in their life and whether they can be conscientiously implemented in the company. Life can also be a direct link between happiness and stability. In order to avoid the problems of enterprise resource management, cause the loss of personnel and hinder the development of the enterprise, the author proposes the solutions to the principle of enterprise resource management and the main problems of salary management through this article.
