氟氯嘧啶型活性染料生产中存在的立要问题之一是与某些胺类反应收率低,活 化不完全。本文米用反相离子对色谱研究了氟氯嘧啶与胺类的反应及其水解反应, 并与三聚氯氰作了对比,以期找出最佳反应余件并提高反应收率。研究认为氟氯嘧 啶与胺类反应的最佳pH值为6~7; 三聚氯氰与胺类反应的最佳pH4为2~3. 发现提高氟氯嘧啶与胺类反应收率的有效途径是改善氟氯嘧啶的相分散状况。改善 搅拌形式或采用适当的多相催化剂可使该反应收率提高25%左右。
One of the most serious problems in the production of fluorochloride-based reactive dyes is the low yield of the reaction with some amines and the incomplete activation. In this paper, the reaction of chlorpromazine with amines and their hydrolysis were studied by reversed-phase ion-pair chromatography and compared with cyanuric chloride to find the best reaction residue and improve the reaction yield. The study found that the optimum pH of chlorfluazuron reacted with amines was 6 ~ 7; the optimum pH4 of reaction of cyanuric chloride and amines was 2 ~ 3. It has been found that an effective way to improve the yield of flucytosine and amines is to improve the phase dispersion of fluchloropyrimidine. Improve the mixing mode or the use of a suitable heterogeneous catalyst can make the reaction yield increased about 25%.
