对克伤痛搽剂中的三七、河蚌肉进行薄层色谱鉴别。采用大孔树脂吸附-比色法对本品中三七的有效成分三七总皂苷进行定量测定，方法简便，结果准确，可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
Thin-layer Chromatographic Identification of Panax Notoginseng and Fructus Lycii in Gram-Sensitive Tincture. The macroporous resin adsorption-colorimetry method was used to quantitatively determine the total active constituents of Panax notoginseng saponins in the product. The method is simple, accurate, and can be used as a quality control method for the preparation.
