目的了解某汽车公司轿车及发动机项目的职业病危害现状,提出相应的防护对策和管理措施,保护劳动者健康。方法采用现场调查法和检测检验法,对该项目运行过程中产生的职业危害因素进行识别和分析,对防护效果进行评价。结果该项目总体布局基本符合《工业企业设计卫生标准》的要求,职业病防护设施、个人防护用品、职业卫生管理、职业健康监护等符合《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》等法律法规的要求;生产过程中职业危害因素除6个岗位的噪声超标外,其他均符合卫生标准。结论在目前的生产状态下,该项目的职业病防护措施是有效、可行的,但部分高噪声场所在工艺允许的情况下应采取降噪措施。
Objective To understand the status quo of occupational hazards in the car and engine project of a car company and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and management measures to protect the health of laborers. Methods The field investigation and testing methods were used to identify and analyze the occupational hazards that occurred during the operation of the project and to evaluate the protective effect. Results The overall layout of the project basically met the requirements of “Hygienic Standards for Design of Industrial Enterprises”. Occupational disease protection facilities, personal protective equipment, occupational health management and occupational health monitoring met the requirements of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Occupational Disease Prevention and Control and other laws and regulations. The production process Occupational hazards in addition to the six post noisy, the other are in line with health standards. Conclusion Under the current production status, the occupational disease prevention measures of the project are effective and feasible, but some high-noise places should adopt noise reduction measures when the process allows.
