目的 探讨冷循环电极在经皮射频组织消融治疗肝癌中的可行性和有效性。方法 采用 18G冷循环电极 ,裸露尖端长 2 .0~ 3 .0cm ,在超声引导下经皮刺入病灶内消融治疗 3 3例肝癌患者的 40个肿瘤结节。结果 对 40个肿瘤结节均成功进行了消融治疗。治疗后 2~ 8个月CT和磁共振显示肿瘤完全坏死者占64 .9% (2 4/3 7) ,局部病变有发展者占 3 5 .1% (13 /3 7)。治疗后超声显示病灶回声增强 ,边界较治疗前清晰 ,为疗效显著的特征性表现。结论 冷循环射频针经皮消融治疗肝癌是有效和安全的
Objective To investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of cold cycle electrodes in the treatment of liver cancer by percutaneous radiofrequency ablation. Methods 18G cryostat electrodes were used, and the exposed tips were 2.0-3.0 cm long. 40 tumor nodules were treated by percutaneous punctured intracranial lesions under the guidance of ultrasound in the treatment of 33 patients with liver cancer. Results All 40 tumor nodules were successfully ablated. Two to eight months after treatment, CT and MRI showed that 64.9% (24/3 7) had complete tumor necrosis and 35.1% (13/3 7) had local disease. Ultrasound after treatment showed enhanced echogenic lesions, border clear than before treatment for the efficacy of a significant characteristic of the performance. Conclusions Cold cycle radiofrequency ablation of percutaneous ablation of liver cancer is effective and safe
