本文介绍了一种可以测量稳流或非稳流液金属中任一点流速大小与方向的探头。通过对圆柱形永久磁铁周围液金属流动的研究,阐述了探头的工作原理.通过测量从常温到670℃有涡流场的液流流速分布,发现该探头可以用于测量高达720℃时液穴内0.10m·s-1的局部流动。其灵敏度为1mm·s-1。
This article presents a probe that measures the magnitude and direction of flow at any point in a steady flow or unsteady flow of liquid metal. Through the research on the liquid metal flow around the cylindrical permanent magnet, the working principle of the probe is expounded. By measuring the flow velocity distribution of the turbulent flow from normal temperature to 670 ℃, the probe was found to be able to measure the local flow of 0.10m · s-1 in the liquid cavity at up to 720 ℃. Its sensitivity is 1mm · s-1.
