文教行政周转金自1985年建立以来,从无到有,逐步发展壮大,截止1993年底,全国地方共有文教行政周转金33.26亿元,对促进文教行政财务改革、支持文教事业发展起到积极作用。为了探讨社会主义市场经济条件下,如何进一步加强文教行政周转金管理工作,6月1日至3旧,财政部在乐山市召开了全国部分地区文教行政周转金管理工作座谈会。
